This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to bring architectural designs to life through advanced 3D modeling and animation, enhancing client engagement and project presentations. Key Responsibilities Create detailed and accurate 3D models and animations representing architectural designs. Produce high-quality renderings for marketing and client presentations. Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project needs and deliver optimal visual solutions. Use AutoCAD and 3ds Max to convert 2D drawings into immersive 3D visualizations. Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve visualization quality. Present visualizations to clients and incorporate feedback to refine designs. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Architecture or Design. Proficiency in 3D Modeling, Animation, and Architectural Visualization. Experience with AutoCAD and 3ds Max software tools. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural visualization or related fields. Strong attention to detail and excellent aesthetic judgment. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
