✅ Troubleshooting and Communication Skills
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Provide L1/L2 support for 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA users.
▪️ Troubleshoot application, authentication, connectivity, and performance issues.
▪️ Monitor system health and manage incidents and service requests.
▪️ Coordinate with infrastructure teams and business users.
▪️ Support user onboarding, access management, and ITAR compliance requirements.
