Account Growth Manager - CPG & AI Consulting - New York, NY

MM Management Consultant is seeking a seasoned Account Growth Manager with deep expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and AI consulting to join our team in New York, NY. This senior role focuses on managing and expanding strategic client accounts through innovative AI, GenAI, machine learning, and analytics solutions.

Location & Work Model

• Primary Location: New York, NY (Preferred)
• Secondary Location: Dallas, TX
• Work Model: Hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic CPG client accounts, driving sales and presales activities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Lead consultative conversations, workshops, and solution discussions tailored to client needs
• Position AI, GenAI, ML, analytics, and cloud solutions effectively
• Collaborate with consulting, analytics, capability teams, and hyperscalers on go-to-market initiatives
• Deliver commercial outcomes while ensuring long-term client value

Qualifications & Must-Haves

• 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in CPG and retail domains
• Strong background in consulting services and analytics
• Proven track record in account growth and sales farming
• Expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, or machine learning technologies
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Recent demonstrable experience in AI/GenAI consulting or business development
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available)
• Willingness to work onsite 3 to 4 days per week
