The team combines craftsmanship with strong operational systems to maintain control over quality, timelines, and customer experience. 4 Marks Printing focuses on clear communication, dependable execution, and products people are proud to wear, serving as a long-term partner for merch lines, teams, and large-scale events.Role Description The Account Manager Intern will support day-to-day client relationship management and project coordination. This on-site internship role, located in Indianapolis, IN, will assist with managing customer inquiries, tracking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between clients and production teams. The intern will help prepare quotes, update order details, maintain records in internal systems, and follow up on order status to support a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities may include assisting with onboarding new accounts, coordinating with fulfillment and production staff, and gathering feedback to help improve processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to account management in a custom print and merchandise environment, with mentorship from experienced team members.Qualifications Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond promptly to customer needs.Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple projects, tracking details, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software) and comfort learning new systems.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, including reviewing order information for accuracy and resolving issues with guidance.Interest in custom apparel, merchandise, or branding, and willingness to learn about screen printing, embroidery, and fulfillment processes.Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN, collaborate with production and fulfillment teams, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience and interest in account management.
