Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance and identify discrepancies. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments. Assist in annual budget preparation and financial forecasting to improve performance. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting support and financial insights for business decisions. Support month-end and year-end closing processes for timely financial reporting. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel. Certifications like CPA or CA are advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
