This full-time role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations in a fast-growing accounting firm. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports following applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice and payment processing. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to improve financial performance. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting support and financial insights. Support month-end and year-end closing processes for timely financial reporting. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel. Certifications like CPA or CA are a plus. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
