Accountant in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

HR C S TEXTILE is hiring a full-time Accountant in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. This on-site role supports accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and informed business decisions as part of a collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits, check regulatory compliance, and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoice and payment processing.
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts, and provide insights to support financial performance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and accurately record financial transactions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to explain accounting matters and the financial impact of business decisions.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and timely financial reporting.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA or CA certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.

Compensation and Employment
