Accountant – Pallavaram, Tamil Nadu, India

Kishore is hiring a detail-oriented Accountant for a full-time, on-site role in Pallavaram, Tamil Nadu, India. The Accountant will maintain accurate financial records, support tax compliance, and prepare financial reports that inform business decisions and risk management. This role reports to the Finance Manager and collaborates with operations and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Support compliance with tax legislation and timely tax filings.
• Conduct audits to verify financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide management with financial insights to support profitability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools, such as Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing practices, and financial reporting standards.
• Two to three years of accounting or related experience.
• CA or CMA certification preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: 25000 per month
• Schedule: Full-time
