Key Responsibilities Create and manage 10–12 accurate invoices daily using Tally ERP/Tally Prime to ensure timely billing cycles. Handle sales invoices, purchase bills, and billing entries with precision to maintain financial accuracy. Maintain and update comprehensive customer and vendor records within Tally to support audit readiness. Prepare and verify GST-related documents including sales registers, purchase registers, and tax summaries to ensure compliance with Indian tax laws. Perform basic accounting duties such as journal entries, payment and receipt entries, and bank reconciliations to support month-end closing. Coordinate effectively with sales teams, customers, and vendors to resolve billing queries promptly and maintain strong business relationships. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all invoices and accounting records to facilitate easy retrieval and audit processes. Support senior accountants during month-end closing and assist with other accounting tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For Required: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting with a focus on billing and invoicing. Strong proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime software. Good understanding of billing, invoicing processes, and basic accounting principles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Excellent communication and follow-up skills to manage stakeholder interactions effectively. High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers and maintain organized records. Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced corporate accounting environment. Familiarity with bank reconciliation and journal entry processes.
