Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounting records including voucher entries, ledgers, and finalization tasks using Tally software. Prepare and record accounting entries such as sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers with precision. Perform monthly bank reconciliations (BRS) to ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records. Manage GST compliance including return filing, input/output tax calculations, and basic statutory adherence. Handle TDS deductions and entries in accordance with Indian tax regulations. Generate E-way bills and maintain related documentation to comply with transportation regulations. Oversee the e-invoicing process ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation. Manage accounts payable and receivable to optimize cash flow and vendor/customer relations. Utilize basic Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and financial reporting. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping to support audits and financial reviews. What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in corporate environments. Proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Preferred: Experience with GST return filing and TDS management. Knowledge of e-way bill generation and e-invoicing processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
