Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and train sales representatives to improve performance and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients about the company’s products and services.
• Manage customer relationships to support satisfaction and retention through personalized service.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on team performance and strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and campaigns aligned with sales goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Experience developing sales strategies and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience with presentation tools and persuasive sales techniques.
• Sales certifications are preferred but not required.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 400000 per year. Job type: Full-time. This position is based in Bengaluru and is not remote-eligible.
