The Accounting & Billing Specialist will help keep our financial processes moving by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, resolving account questions, and collaborating with operations and accounting teams.🔍 What You’ll Do:· Process vendor and customer invoices accurately and on time· Enter and maintain accounting records within company systems· Review transactions for accuracy and completeness· Contact customers regarding past due accounts and assist with collection efforts· Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and customer accounts· Maintain organized records and documentation· Support accounting and administrative processes as needed· Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations🎓 What You Bring:· Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, collections, or a related field· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy· Positive attitude and willingness to learn· Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with others· Strong organizational and follow-up skills· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Windows-based software applications· Effective verbal and written communication skills· Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality workPreferred Qualifications· Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, collections, or general office accounting· Experience working with ERP or accounting software systems📍 Location: Findlay, Ohio 🌟 Why Seneca?At Seneca, we bridge the gap between producers and consumers by creating value through efficient trading, reliable partnerships, and seamless connections.
