Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Specialist
Process and reconcile vendor, supplier, and subcontractor invoices. Manage monthly billing schedules and customer billing applications. Coordinate with project managers to verify billings and supporting documentation. Track receivables, payments, outstanding balances, and billing discrepancies. Maintain vendor compliance records, including W-9s, insurance certificates, and lien waivers.
Preferred Qualifications For The Accounting Specialist
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting operations. Construction industry experience preferred. Experience with Foundation ERP or a similar construction-focused accounting system.
