Job description
Reqroute, Inc is hiring a client-focused Staffing & Managed Services Specialist in San Jose, California. In this full-time role, you’ll manage end-to-end staffing activities, support managed service programs, and help deliver workforce solutions on time. This position is not listed as remote-eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for contract, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire positions.
- Support client accounts in Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) environments.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across multiple industries.
- Develop client relationships and provide timely communication and service.
- Monitor and report staffing KPIs, client service-level agreements (SLAs), and workforce productivity.
- Assist with onboarding, compliance, timesheet management, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver staffing and workforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or Bullhorn is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing role.
- Problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual pay: $90,000.
