Staffing & Managed Services Specialist in San Jose, CA

Reqroute, Inc is hiring a skilled and client-focused Staffing & Managed Services Specialist to join our workforce solutions team in San Jose, California. This full-time role is essential for managing end-to-end staffing processes, supporting managed service programs, and ensuring the successful delivery of workforce solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment for contract, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positions Support and manage client accounts within Managed Services Provider (MSP) or Vendor Management System (VMS) environments Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industries Develop strong client relationships ensuring timely communication and service delivery Monitor and report on staffing KPIs, client SLAs, and workforce productivity Assist with onboarding, compliance, timesheet management, and offboarding processes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing and workforce solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Bullhorn) is a strong plus Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a client-facing role Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive salary of $90,000 per year with performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision benefits Remote or hybrid work options available Opportunities for professional growth and development
