Job description
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Staffing & Managed Services Specialist to join our workforce solutions team. This role is key in managing end-to-end staffing processes, supporting managed service programs, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of workforce solutions to our clients. You’ll be working with a fast-paced, dynamic team dedicated to helping businesses scale efficiently through expert staffing and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment for contract, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positions
- Support and manage client accounts within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or Vendor Management System (VMS) environment
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure timely communication and service delivery
- Monitor and report on staffing KPIs, client SLAs, and workforce productivity
- Assist with onboarding, compliance, timesheet management, and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing and workforce solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Bullhorn, etc.) is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a client-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
