Accounts Payable Specialist

Tasks

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across multiple locations and entities
• Process, validate, and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payments
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with US IRS requirements, including W-9 documentation
• Collaborate with US-based finance teams and vendors

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Knowledge of US vendor onboarding and W-9 compliance
• Fluent English, ideally C1 level
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
