This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical administrative tasks and project support. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize team productivity. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and essential company documents. Handle professional correspondence including emails and phone calls. Conduct research and compile data to support project management and decision-making. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members. Maintain and organize digital filing systems for easy access to important information. Collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
