Aryan Raj is hiring Education Counsellors and Senior Education Counsellors in Noida to advise students about courses and career opportunities, manage prospective student leads, and support applicants through the admissions process.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students on course options and career opportunities.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads and convert suitable prospects into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems.
- Work toward monthly admission targets.
- Provide complete support throughout the admissions process.
Senior Counsellor Responsibilities
- Guide junior counsellors and handle escalated cases.
- Support team performance and training.
Requirements and Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Target-oriented approach, strong follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
