Job Title: Senior Education Counsellor / Education Counsellor
Location: Noida 16, Uttar Pradesh, India
Experience: 0-5 years
Job Type: Full-Time
- Education Counsellor: 0–2 Years
- Senior Education Counsellor: 2–5 Years (EdTech preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into admissions
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain student data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Provide complete admission support
For Senior Role:
- Guide junior counsellors and handle escalations
- Support team performance and training
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Experience in counselling, sales, or EdTech preferred
