Modern Children Academy is looking for a dynamic and friendly Admission & Marketing Executive to join our team in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. This full-time role is essential in driving student enrollment and promoting our educational programs. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students and parents, providing accurate information about programs and admission processes. Manage leads efficiently through follow-up communications and maintain accurate records using our lead management system. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential students. Conduct counseling sessions to help students make informed educational decisions. Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and information sessions to promote the academy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process and deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor and report admissions metrics to evaluate marketing strategy effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; degree in Marketing or Education is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven time management and organizational abilities. Experience in counseling or education preferred.
