Job description
Modern Children Academy is hiring a full-time Admission & Marketing Executive in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. This on-site role supports student enrollment and promotes the academy’s educational programs. You will work with prospective students and parents, provide clear information about admissions, and contribute to outreach and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions from prospective students and parents about programs and admission requirements.
- Follow up with leads and keep accurate records in the lead management system.
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
- Conduct counseling sessions to help students make informed education decisions.
- Organize and attend recruitment events, workshops, and information sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth enrollment process and strong service.
- Track and report admissions metrics to assess outreach and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; a degree in marketing or education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- One to three years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in counseling or education is preferred.
- Familiarity with lead management software or CRM tools.
