Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents, providing accurate information about programs and admissions.
• Manage leads effectively through follow-ups and maintain accurate records using lead management systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential students.
• Conduct counseling sessions to help students make informed educational decisions.
• Organize and attend recruitment events, workshops, and information sessions to promote the academy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and report admissions metrics to evaluate marketing strategy effectiveness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; degree in Marketing or Education preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in counseling or education is a plus.
• Familiarity with lead management software or CRM tools.
• 1-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or related fields.
