Job description
Requirements
- Context engineering - designing and managing what goes into each LLM call: memory retrieval, thread compression, knowledge injection, system prompt versioning, and per-turn context budgets to maximize signal and minimize noise
- Harness engineering - building the agent execution harness: tool-call loops, retry/backoff, structured output validation, capability routing, and the test scaffolding that makes agent behavior deterministic and observable
- AWS cloud platform - IAM, Secrets Manager, ECR, RDS (Aurora PostgreSQL), SQS/EventBridge for async knowledge pipelines, and CloudWatch for operational visibility
- AWS AgentCore
- Amazon EKS - containerized deployment of FastAPI backend and Next.js frontend; Helm chart authoring, pod autoscaling, ingress configuration, and managing AgentCore sidecar/adapter connectivity within a cluster
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Knowledge governance patterns
- RAG & Knowledge Pipelines
