Job description
About the role
Supporting a large-scale technology initiative.
Tasks
- Coaching teams, improving processes, and helping technical teams deliver results.
- Facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinating across technical teams, removing obstacles, and improving delivery performance.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- U.S. citizenship (required)
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- 3+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe
- Experience working in software development environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Advanced SAFe certifications
- Preferred: Experience supporting complex technical initiatives
- Preferred: Familiarity with continuous delivery and deployment practices
