Required SkillsProven experience building AI agents from scratch using modern coding-agent tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar frameworksStrong understanding of agent orchestration, including multi-agent systems, tool usage, retrieval, memory management, state handling, and agent coordinationHands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Azure Container Apps and/or Azure Function AppsStrong software engineering skills using Python and/or TypeScriptExperience building APIs, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and production-ready applicationsKnowledge of observability, monitoring, error handling, evaluation frameworks, and AI guardrailsAbility to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervisionBonus SkillsExperience with agent evaluation and observability platforms, including tracing and prompt/version managementBackground in management consulting, operations, or business-process reengineeringFamiliarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and related Azure ecosystem toolsExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ticketing, or data warehouse systemsPrior experience in professional-services, consulting, or client-delivery environmentsExperience designing scalable multi-agent ecosystems and orchestration layersPortfolio of production AI-agent deployments, demos, repositories, or technical write-ups
