AI Engineer/Generative AI Engineer

Requirements

• 6–8+ Years
• Agentic AI: Claude Agent SDK, Python, agent orchestration, tool calling, and MCP
• AWS AI Services: Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, Step Functions, Textract, and Comprehend
• AI Observability: Langfuse deployment, LLM tracing, performance monitoring, and cost optimization
• Continuous Evaluation: LLM-as-a-Judge, automated evaluation pipelines, hallucination detection, and quality metrics
• RAG & Knowledge Bases: Vector databases, embeddings, document chunking, indexing, and retrieval optimization
• CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and release management
• Cloud & Security: AWS IAM, CloudWatch, secure deployments, and production troubleshooting
• Good to Have: LangChain, LangGraph, RAGAS, or DeepEval
• Amazon OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS, or pgvector
• Docker, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions in production
• Someone who can independently take an AI agent from development to production deployment and implement continuous observability, evaluation, and performance improvements.
