Principal GenAI Engineer

About the role

Lead enterprise-scale AI implementations for Fortune 500 clients.

Tasks

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered applications.
• Build and optimize enterprise-grade RAG and agent-based solutions.
• Own code quality, architecture, performance optimization, and reusable components.
• Integrate GenAI applications with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive GenAI best practices.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in ML/AI engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in **Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and SQL**.
• Experience deploying GenAI solutions on **AWS / Azure / GCP**.
• Expertise in designing scalable, explainable, production-grade RAG architectures.
