AI Field Engineer – Enterprise

Tasks

• Build and deploy AI solutions inside enterprise environments
• Optimize LLM inference, latency, throughput & GPU utilization
• Work with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM and Python
• Guide model selection, fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/RFT) & evaluations
• Lead technical discovery, POCs and enterprise engagements
• Partner with sales, product and engineering teams

Requirements

• 3+ years in AI/ML, Applied AI, FDE or Solutions Engineering
• Hands-on open-source LLM inference or training experience
• Python, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Production deployment experience in customer environments
• Strong technical communication and executive presence
• API-wrapper-only experience or advisory-only backgrounds are unlikely to fit.

Schedule

• Remote-friendly; hybrid for candidates near office hubs
• Enterprise customer travel required

Pay

• $176K–$224K Base
• $220K–$280K OTE + Equity
