AI Safety Operator

This position involves operating engineering vehicles, monitoring the self-driving system, maintaining constant awareness of road conditions, and taking control when necessary to ensure safety. Operators may also interact with passengers and help provide a professional, comfortable ride experience. No technical background is required. Basic requirements include a valid Texas Driver’s License, clean driving record, no DUI or major violations, strong awareness and attention to detail, comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods, professional customer interaction skills, and ability to work independently with overnight hours and possible travel. Pay varies by schedule: 5-Day Schedule Tuesday–Saturday PM Shift: $21.46/hr + 10% shift differential; 4-Day Schedule Friday–Monday PM Shift: $21.46/hr + 15% shift differential. Holiday work may be required.
