About the role
Loop is industrializing services through AI, starting with the global supply chain. Its Logistics Data Platform turns fragmented, unstructured data into a trusted foundation for automation, financial clarity, and decision intelligence at scale.
As an AI backend engineer, you will work closely with founders and customers to understand and solve logistics billing and payment pain points. You will ship features that directly impact customers, building products with AI and systems that let AI agents and non-technical users deliver technical work that used to require an engineer. The most valuable work solves a whole category of problems rather than a single one-off feature. You will face complex technical challenges, receive guidance and feedback from the team, and help shape Loop's DNA and how the company grows.
