Air Conditioning Technician – Tempe Junction, AZ

CazVid is hiring a full-time Air Conditioning Technician in Tempe Junction, Arizona. In this on-site role, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Your work will help customers maintain comfortable indoor environments and good air quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and heating systems in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Inspect HVAC equipment, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs to reduce customer downtime.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
• Explain proper system operation and preventive maintenance to customers.
• Work with teammates to diagnose complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Complete required documentation and follow safety and environmental requirements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems; three or more years is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
