Aircon Sales After-Sales Associate

Help clients pick the right aircon (Split Type, Inverter, Commercial) based on room size and cooling needs. Prepare quick, accurate price quotes and explain product features or warranties clearly. Assist customers with installation schedules, cleaning/service requests, warranty concerns, and basic troubleshooting. Work closely with field technicians to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and job completion. Must HAVE Experience in sales or customer service (Airconditioning and parts sales). Basic knowledge of aircon types and room sizing. Good communication skills and a friendly, solution-oriented attitude. Organized and capable of tracking customer requests and follow-ups.
