Talent Solutions is hiring a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) in Québec, Quebec, Canada. Help ensure aircraft safety and reliability through inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance in a collaborative aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain aircraft components to meet applicable safety standards.
- Diagnose malfunctions and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance checks, repairs, and modifications.
- Document maintenance work accurately and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with teammates to maintain schedules and respond to unexpected maintenance needs.
- Support the training and mentorship of junior technicians and apprentices.
- Work with quality assurance and operations teams to support aircraft readiness.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Valid FAA A&P license or relevant aircraft type endorsements.
- At least 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with troubleshooting experience.
