🔥 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Airflow Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale data orchestration solutions for modern Big Data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apache Airflow, data engineering, AWS cloud services, and scalable data pipeline architecture.
💻 Key Responsibilities & Skills
✅ Architect and implement enterprise-scale Apache Airflow workflows and DAGs
✅ Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and near-real-time processing
✅ Strong experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, and Kafka
✅ Advanced Python, SQL, and Shell scripting skills
✅ Hands-on experience with AWS services: EMR, Glue, S3, and Redshift
✅ Expertise in workflow scheduling, dependency management, monitoring, retries, alerting, and SLA management
✅ Experience with data lakes, lakehouse architectures, data warehousing, and NoSQL databases
✅ Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments
✅ Strong architecture leadership, performance optimization, and team mentoring skills
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
🔹 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Big Data platforms
🔹 3+ years of experience in solution architecture
🔹 Core Java knowledge is a plus
🔹 Experience with Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and modern data platforms
