Key Responsibilities Assist passengers with check-in and provide accurate flight and airport information. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while addressing passenger inquiries and concerns. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily operational tasks efficiently. Monitor boarding gates and support boarding procedures to ensure on-time departures. Handle luggage operations and assist with lost and found services.
