Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Assist clients by understanding their staffing requirements and providing suitable candidate options.
• Manage candidate communications, including scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements within the database.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.
• Monitor success metrics such as placement ratios and customer satisfaction scores.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong communication skills essential for success in this role.
• Prior customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Staffing or recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is desirable.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure the best outcomes for clients and candidates. You will report directly to the Team Lead, fostering open communication and effective teamwork.

Compensation: $35 per hour. This full-time position is based in Orlando, Florida. Note: This role is not eligible for remote work.
