Job description
BDS IT SOLUTION is hiring a full-time Airport Operations Associate in Los Angeles, California. In this on-site airport role, you will support efficient daily operations while helping passengers have a safe, smooth travel experience. The listed pay is $35000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Answer passenger questions and help resolve issues during airport operations.
- Coordinate with security teams, ground crews, airline representatives, and other airport departments.
- Monitor flight schedules and share timely arrival and departure updates with passengers.
- Follow applicable safety protocols and regulations to help maintain a secure environment.
- Inspect airport facilities regularly for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
- Take part in ongoing training and development to strengthen operational and customer service skills.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience; aviation or airport experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Familiarity with airport operations and safety standards is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and airport management systems is beneficial.
