About the role
CSR is seeking an All-Around Maintenance worker to inspect and maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other repairs.
- Install office equipment and appliances.
- Respond to maintenance concerns and complaints.
- Conduct regular check-ups and upkeep.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory.
- Write daily shift and maintenance logs.
- Ensure facility safety and cleanliness.
- Replace light bulbs, repair damages, and do basic yard work.
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety rules.
- Perform other maintenance-related tasks as needed.
