Tasks

• Design, develop, and support scalable Appian solutions that automate business processes and improve user experience.

Requirements

• 7–10 Years
• Active and valid Appian Developer Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with Appian Process Models, Records, Interfaces, Integrations, and Data Structures
• Strong SQL and database development skills
• Experience with modern Appian features, including Records over CDTs, Data Fabric, and Composer
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills to work directly with business stakeholders and product owners
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive projects from the ground up
• Preferred: AWS cloud experience
• Preferred: Java or full-stack development background
• Preferred: AI integration experience, including Claude
• Preferred: Experience with modern Appian applications and features
