Appointment Setter / Cold Caller – Remote in Manila, Philippines

Alex N is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for a remote position based in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. Earn 35000 per month while helping build client relationships and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate appointments and sales leads.
• Build rapport with prospects through clear, professional communication.
• Explain products and services to support the sales process.
• Record call activity, prospect details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule sales presentations.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and follow up with leads to improve conversions.
• Respond promptly to prospect questions and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence speaking with clients, and strong sales skills.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Team and Reporting

Report to the Sales Manager and work closely with sales colleagues. Coordinate with marketing to support lead conversion and appointment scheduling.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Salary: 35000 per month. This is a full-time remote role based in Manila, Philippines.
