Alex N is seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our vibrant team in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate appointments and sales leads.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services to support the sales process.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up reports in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule appointments for sales presentations.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call quotas to maximize sales revenue.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to increase conversion rates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in client engagement.
• Strong sales acumen and customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar appointment setting or cold calling role preferred.
