Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate appointments and sales leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through clear and persuasive communication. Provide detailed information about products and services to support the sales process. Accurately log call details and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for sales presentations. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas to increase sales revenue. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Excellent communication skills and confidence in client engagement. Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach. Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
