Archer Platform Engineer/Administrator

Tasks

• Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise Archer environments across production and non-production systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Archer Control Panel, platform services, jobs, logs, authentication, and integrations.
• Diagnose complex production incidents involving application performance, servers, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Write SQL queries for troubleshooting, data analysis, validation, and root-cause analysis.
• Support Archer upgrades, patches, hotfixes, deployments, and post-production validation.
• Troubleshoot data feeds, scheduled jobs, notifications, LDAP/authentication, and certificate-related issues.
• Collaborate with DBA, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and network teams.
• Support disaster recovery exercises, vulnerability remediation, audit, compliance, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5–7 Years
• 5+ years of hands-on RSA Archer / Archer IRM platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of Archer Control Panel, platform architecture, and enterprise configurations.
• Experience with platform upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server knowledge and hands-on SQL query development.
• Understanding of Archer applications, fields, records, workflows, access controls, and data feeds.
• Experience troubleshooting database performance, blocking, deadlocks, integrations, and application outages.
• Strong root-cause analysis and incident management skills.
