Archer Platform Engineer/Administrator

Tasks

• Administer, maintain and support enterprise Archer environments (Prod & Non-Prod).
• Manage Archer Control Panel, services, jobs, logs and integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Support upgrades, patches, hotfixes and environment maintenance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Archer database using SQL Server.
• Manage data feeds, APIs, authentication, notifications, and certificates.
• Support Disaster Recovery and resiliency exercises.
• Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation and participate in change management.

Requirements

• 5–7 Years
• 5+ years of hands-on RSA Archer administration / platform engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Archer Control Panel and platform configuration
• Experience with Archer upgrades, patches, hotfixes and maintenance
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query skills
• Troubleshooting production incidents, services, logs and scheduled jobs
• Experience with data feeds, APIs, integrations, authentication and certificates
• Knowledge of Archer architecture, applications, workflows and data models
• Experience supporting multi-environment enterprise implementations
• Familiarity with disaster recovery, performance tuning and root-cause analysis
• USC / GC / GC EAD / H1B / H4 EAD
• Valid US driver's license is mandatory
• Relevant experience in RSA Archer platform administration is essential
• Good knowledge of database performance, execution plans, indexes, blocking, etc. (preferred)
