Archer Platform Engineer/Administrator

Requirements

• 5–7 Years
• Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer / Archer IRM platform administration.
• Expertise in Archer Control Panel, platform configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Archer architecture, services, scheduled jobs, logs, workflows, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query development for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience in production support, performance tuning, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of APIs, data feeds, authentication, certificates, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform, database, and infrastructure issues.
• 5+ years of relevant Archer platform administration experience.
• Must be available to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
