Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, models, and specifications for diverse projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to produce detailed design documentation.
• Create 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout the design process.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather accurate information for design precision.
• Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and building codes to ensure compliance and innovation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Modeling, and Revit software.
• Strong skills in 3D visualization techniques.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction processes is preferred.

This position operates within a collaborative team structure including architects, engineers, and project managers, ensuring efficient project completion. The Architectural Designer will report directly to the Senior Architect and engage in cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Compensation: $28 per hour

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site, remote work not eligible)
