Key Responsibilities Develop architectural drawings, models, and specifications for diverse projects. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to produce detailed design documentation. Create 3D visualizations to clearly communicate design concepts. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout the design process. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather accurate information for designs. Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations for stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and building codes to ensure compliance and innovation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Modeling, and Revit software. Strong skills in 3D visualization techniques. Minimum of 2 years of relevant architectural design experience. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with building codes and construction processes is preferred. This position is part of a collaborative team including architects, engineers, and project managers working together to deliver projects efficiently. The Architectural Designer will report directly to the Senior Architect and will have opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration.
