Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Architectural Designer in Cleveland, Ohio. Join a collaborative, mid-sized architecture firm focused on innovative and sustainable design. In this on-site role, you will help create functional, visually compelling spaces that serve local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, models, and specifications for a variety of projects.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed design documentation and BIM models.
• Create 3D visualizations to communicate architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients throughout the design process.
• Visit project sites and assess existing conditions to inform accurate designs.
• Help prepare project proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
• Track industry trends, materials, and applicable codes to support compliant, innovative designs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling.
• Strong 3D visualization skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction processes is preferred.

Team and Reporting

Work alongside architects, engineers, and project managers in a collaborative team structure. The Architectural Designer reports directly to the Senior Architect and will have opportunities to work across departments.

Compensation and Work Schedule

Pay: $28 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site position in Cleveland, Ohio.
