Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and ensure effective market penetration. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - Provide technical support and guidance to farmers and retailers. - Execute promotional campaigns to boost product awareness. - Manage inventory and ensure timely payment collection. Requirement: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related fields. - Proven experience in agrochemical, seeds, sector or related industries in multinational or well reputed national companies. - 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience in agricultural sales and marketing. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel extensively.
