About the role

Lailanie Tolete is hiring an Area Sales Manager for North Luzon and Central Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies within the assigned area.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and business progress.
• Manage government hospital bidding and customer contracts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and competitor analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of sales and bidding reports.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Preferably with 5+ years of Sales and Marketing experience.
• Willing to extensively fieldwork.
• Knowledgeable in hospital/clinic medical supplies and equipment.
• Experience handling and supervising sales personnel.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with the bidding process and PhilGEPS.
• Preferably residing in or near the assigned area.
