Virtual Project Coordinator - Remote - United States

We’re seeking a driven, organized, and results-focused Virtual Project Coordinator to join Cristina Munoz’s team. This full-time remote role requires someone who takes ownership and ensures projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customers, crews, project managers, materials, timelines, and project details
• Maintain project organization and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify and resolve problems quickly
• Hold team members accountable to deadlines and quality standards
• Communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Results-driven with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys systems, structure, and efficiency
• Construction or painting experience is preferred but not required
