Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to streamline the assembly process and minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations. Report any discrepancies or issues in production to the line supervisor promptly. Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Educational background: PUC / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree. Skills: Proficiency in assembly techniques, quality control practices, and strong teamwork abilities. Preferred experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is advantageous. Knowledge of relevant safety standards and practices in a production setting.
