Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Inglewood, CA | Full-Time | On-Site

PAY RATE
$22/Hour

SCHEDULE
Wed-Thu: 10:00AM – 7:00 PM
Fri-Sat: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Must be flexible.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Assist with daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, paint, and more
• Conduct inspections and ensure safety standards are followed
• Supervise and support maintenance and custodial staff
• Coordinate with vendors and respond to client needs
• Maintain records and use software for reporting and scheduling

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Valid identification required, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
