Junior Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney | Glendale | Hybrid | Mentorship Role | $80K–$130K + Bonus
A growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Glendale is looking for a junior attorney to join its close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience who wants proper mentorship, hands-on exposure and the chance to develop quickly within a supportive plaintiff-side litigation environment.
You will work closely with senior attorneys and gain exposure to real personal injury matters, rather than being stuck in a narrow or repetitive role.

The Work:You will assist on plaintiff-side personal injury matters including:• Car accidents• Premises liability• Product liability• Serious injury claims• General personal injury litigation
✅ Ideal Background:• California Bar license in good standing• Around 1–2 years’ legal experience preferred• Plaintiff PI experience would be ideal, but strong litigation exposure will also be considered
💰 Compensation:• $80K–$130K + discretionary bonus
