Position Overview Are you a skilled litigator ready to take ownership of complex cases from day one? We seek an Associate Attorney with strong litigation skills and a genuine commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy. Ideal candidates may come from BigLaw complex commercial litigation, federal clerkships, government service, or civil rights practices. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of federal and state court matters including drafting complaints, petitions, demand letters, and engaging in motion practice at trial and appellate levels. Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses; assist with trial and oral argument preparation. Manage discovery efforts across complex, multi-party, and class action cases. Evaluate and develop new case intakes, including client interviews and litigation theory development. Coordinate litigation efforts with co-counsel, clients, and advocacy organizations. Engage directly and proactively with clients throughout litigation. Contribute to a team culture emphasizing precision, intellectual rigor, and mission-driven advocacy. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Demonstrated experience in litigation with substantive responsibility. Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
