A new cafe and wine bar opening in downtown Santa Fe is hiring experienced baristas, barbacks, bussers, and prep cooks. Join a growing hospitality team focused on high-quality food and memorable guest experiences.

Available Hospitality Positions

• Barista: Prepare and serve cafe beverages while delivering friendly, attentive service.
• Barback: Support bar operations by keeping supplies organized and the work area ready for service.
• Busser: Help maintain clean, welcoming dining spaces and support the service team.
• Prep Cook: Assist with food preparation and maintain an organized kitchen workspace.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field
• Two professional references
• A passion for service and a desire to learn and grow in hospitality

Schedule and Pay

• Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Shifts: Six hours each, at least three shifts per week
• Pay: $12 per hour plus tips or gratuity
• Benefits: Health insurance for employees working 30 hours per week and paid time off after six months
