Associate Director Finance

About the role

The Associate Director, Finance supports the Director, Finance in driving financial performance and leading the Finance team at Amari. The role oversees daily financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and internal controls, working closely with hotel departments and Corporate Finance.

The successful candidate is energetic, proactive, adaptable, and business-minded, with strong financial knowledge, a practical mindset, good communication skills, and a passion for developing people and improving the way we work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Finance team, creating an energetic, supportive, and accountable working environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, take ownership of issues, and follow them through to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with HODs and operational teams, providing practical financial guidance and helping them understand the financial impact of business decisions.
• Support the Director, Finance and step up to lead the Finance function when required, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.
