About the role
Mind Dragon Philippines OPC is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst. Candidates with or without experience may apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, including proficiency in Excel formulas and functions, Pivot, Data Validation, Macros, and similar tools.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and develop solutions.
- Customer service advocate with a client-focused outlook.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to be assigned in Cabanas, Barangay Longos, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
