Job description

What You Will Experience In This PositionWork closely with project managers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersProvide day-to-day construction management supportDevelop spreadsheets, folder structures, and other project coordination toolsMaintain project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, drawings, change orders, and correspondenceSet up and administer project documentation systems using tools such as SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, or similar platformsEnsure accuracy and completeness of project documentationAssist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reportingOrganize and attend project meetings, prepare agendas, document and distribute minutes, and track action itemsReview invoices for accuracy, submit for internal processing, and track paymentsSupport issue resolution and risk mitigationPerform miscellaneous tasks to ensure projects run smoothlyBuild effective working relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
You Have2- or 4-year degree in construction, business management, office administration, accounting, or a related fieldExperience setting up and administering construction management software (e.g., MS Project/Planner, Procore, Aconex) across multiple projectsCAPM or PMP certificationCM-Lean certification and/or experience in lean construction management methods and the Last Planner SystemExperience maintaining project schedules in MS Project or Planner2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project managementKnowledge of construction processes, methods, and document controlStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong Microsoft Office and internet skillsAbility to learn and utilize construction management softwareAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to handle detailed information, multitask, and meet deadlinesActive listening skills and openness to diverse input and feedback

Pay TransparencynVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range$89,300.00 - $165,800.00Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
