Associate – UK Healthcare Staffing

Key Responsibilities Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for healthcare positions. Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for talent acquisition and to build a robust candidate pipeline. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to candidate profiles and recruitment processes. Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various healthcare organizations. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing demands. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate progress. Adapt and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze recruitment data and track metrics. Experience with recruitment processes and tools, particularly for healthcare staffing. Adaptability in a constantly changing industry climate. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. Experience in using LinkedIn for professional networking and recruitment purposes is preferred.
