In this on-site recruiting role, you will help connect qualified healthcare professionals with healthcare organizations in the United Kingdom and support staffing efforts that contribute to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for UK healthcare positions.
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles, recruitment records, and process documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Work with colleagues to develop recruitment strategies that meet staffing needs.
- Update stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Adapt to changing priorities while contributing positively in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
